We’re almost done!

A person’s employment history may be at issue in employment cases.  For example, an employer or company’s attorney may try to use that history to establish that a person was unqualified for a particular position.  In turn, an employee’s attorney may need this information to establish damages.  Therefore, please provide the following information about your employment history.
